CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that all clients respect our time and scheduling policies. We appreciate your understanding and support. This policy allows us to respect the time of every client and maintain a smooth schedule for all services. • **Cancellations /Reschedules:** We require at least ** 24 hours notice ** to cancel, in this case if you completely cancel you will forfeit your deposits. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (No exceptions, No refunds), in 24 hrs or more you can reschedule any appointment and keep, reuse kyour deposits. • **Late Cancellations:** Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit any deposits paid and must pay a new deposit to book again. Last minute Cancellations will be charged a ** 50% of the service as cancellation fee** from the scheduled services. If you don’t pay; you will be banned to book again, even if you need a touch up, in this case You will forfeit your touch up services. • **No-Shows/ No calls ** Clients who do not show up to their appointment without notice will be charged **100% of the service total** and may be required to be banned from booking again. • **Late Arrivals:** If you arrive more than **20-25 minutes late**, your appointment may be shortened, which mean I will start without numbing process OR will rescheduled depending on availability, and the full service price will still apply. • **Deposits:** All deposits are **NON-refundable** , no excuses, no exceptions allowed.
